Since deleting threads also entails deleting their insta account, I highly doubt many people will choose to do so even after the hype has passed. It's a very sly move to retain threads' userbase that I can't help but acknowledge its brilliance.

It looks like shit, it harvests ALL your private information, u can’t delete it without deleting Instagram, Zuckerberg is trying to become the main face/personality of it like Elon has become on Twitter (egotistical tiny dick rich men…), it’s boring, it’s stupid!

 

surely the govt will eventually step in and force Zuckerberg to sell off some of his social media companies or something right? Like he cannot have ownership of almost ALL major social networks that’s so fucked up. I don’t trust these stupid rich elites I hope they all die

Does anyone still use this? I used to be a Twitter user, but found myself using it less and less over the last few years. “X” is an Xing joke now. 

 

I never had much interest in Threads. I’ve been trying to ween myself off social media.
