Well like many of us have been saying is the album is supposed to come out September 20 Lana would have announced something by now. Unless she does a surprise drop and makes the new era a short one. Which i highly doubt.

I don't know why everyone assumes Lana would have announced something by now for the album. She could drop an album date literally a month before release if she wanted, artists do that.

I mean I don’t even think tunnel was supposed to be announced three months before the album release, but she had to because of sean’s birthday

HBTB came out in August and Honeymoon came out in September. 
 

Tunnel was announced in December and still managed to get a delay in January. I think Lana’s team realizes that they shouldn’t officially announce anything until they can be absolutely sure of a release date. 
 

tbh I bounce back and forth on if I think it’s actually coming this year. It’s possible it could be an October release, but admittedly I’m starting to think it’s not coming this year. A lot of projects have been announced for September, and are getting their singles now. Lasso being not mentioned at all makes me think they’re just waiting out all the releases this year.

I know many of you will say: «They don't know sh*t», but at the moment, it's the only plausible rumour we got these days.  And I prefer entertaining the idea the lead is coming in September rather than fearing she scrapped the whole thing or that Lasso is coming next summer 

Anyways, back to steaming Tough before enjoying the new CAS album out tonight

Are they reliable? Not 100%, but none of those insider accounts is. Some things do check out for some artists, but other posts don't (Lana was rumored to be featured on Katy's LP, and she isn't - gladly so, I must say). In their bio, they specify it could be just rumors. I take that a plan is somewhat set in motion for the new album. Oh, they also said it's still a country album but that it won't be named Lasso anymore. 

Someone here said that we weren't supposed to get Tough so soon, but since both fandoms wanted it, they pushed the release up. 

Anyways, I read this tweet as «Let's not anticipate anxiously Lasso before fall and enjoy the rest of your life»

That's the thing about these insider account: they never reveal their sources  I take that they have conversations with «someone in the entourage of the artist», whether that person is legit or not.
