Donald Trump Injured After Assassination Attempt at Rally

Donald Trump was injured at a rally after shots were fired into the crowd and near the lectern. He got up, fist pumped the crowd, and was rushed away with blood on the side of his face. 

 

One spectator dead and one other injured. The gunman was reportedly shot dead shortly after the incident.

I could totally see this being a ploy for his campaign 

 

(I feel kind of bad saying that as I think I read that a bystander passed away, but I still have not been swayed from this opinion JUST because of the secret service's terrible job at getting him down and out like they're supposed to).

I think it was a BB gun? No one gets shot in the ear with an actual gun and walks it off smiling and giving a thumbs up. 
 

Edit: was definitely not a BB gun, a bystander died. RIP.

and no security allows their target to be open to the crowds with cameramen right during the attack.

and it takes skill to miss all those shots with what sounds like 45.
