If Biden had dropped out and left Kamala with the nomination before Trump's assassination attempt, it would've been over for the Democrats. We knew Trump's win was sealed if Biden had remained in the election, and I believe it would've been the same for Kamala. Now that the assassination attempt frenzy has died down, Biden dropping the bomb announcing his departure from the election only creates more attention towards the democrats, and EVEN MORE considering it is very likely Kamala will get that nomination (plus she already has a lot of support). I feel like Biden's inner circle knew he was going to drop out and they just waited for the right moment to announce it.

this situation really is making me question Melanie and give these allegations more thought and I feel awful I hadn't done that before. whether Timothy lied or not will probably never be officially confirmed but I hope Melanie atleast speaks up this time instead of dropping 2 short statements a song and then ignoring the situation for the next 6 years. This song is an incredible gift to her fans as well as an impressive middle finger to her critics. Her writing is so clever, I admire her confidence and her willingness to tell it like it is, no matter what. 

i agree with you sooo much. how Melanie's fanbase and the entire internet has treated a potential victim just because she accused their favourite artist is horrible. it really shows the kind of people they are. as a Melanie fan Timothy's accusations need to be taken more seriously and it disgusts me how Melanie's fans choose to harass someone who could've suffered assault instead of questioning Melanie and pushing her to speak out

Why the fuck would they have open convention. All polls show that Kamala is clearly the most favourite out of all other options. An open convention will create internal infighting that will only further undermine trust in the Dems and would increase Trump’s chances even more. Kamala is the VP, she has been campaigning already, just get her on the fucking ticket
