By far my favourite Lana outfit ever is the dress she wore on the third date of first official tour: Nouveau Casino, Paris, November 7, 2011:

 

Basically, I'm a sucker for anything that's short, tight, and fitted.   And my God, her legs look incredible and she has a great waist-to-hip ratio       

So, I would really kill to see her in a Herve Leger bandage dress, preferably a strapless, sweetheart-cut mini, like this:
