Clearly, that is the where the chorus and the title of the song derive from.

That totally span me out realising she means angels in the context of Hell's Angels...

I knew the verses obviously alluded to bikers, it was just me being slow that never associated angels with Hell's Angels. I thought she was singing about her and Barrie being angels. 

However the point remains I haven't ever seen the Dope Forever, Forever Loaded connection made with this song.

Oh of course! I was already overanalysing the whole thing lmao. California as a place where people rise to fame, a place of evil, maybe hell. The "hell's angels" with a double entendre, the freedom of the bikers, but also the deceptions and fake people of Hollywood. Idk lol
