Expect 3 or 3.5 stars from Rolling Stone. Rolling Stone Russia gave it 3 (they don't do halves) and the American version, despite having a different writer, almost never deviates in score (and when they do it's always lower).

Someone should email Metacritic to change the score for The Boston Globe review tbh and give her a few more points since the reviewer gave it a 90 himself..

Why should it be an 80 on meta.

Loved that :) Thanks for posting :)

Found two more reviews that are excellent.  I know they don't count for MC, but they make me so proud for Lana :)  Lana is the bravest artist out there and these two reviewers actually get it.

I think a lot of people were frothing at the mouth about this lady: http://pitchfork.com/features/ordinary-machines/9440-pretty-when-you-cry/

It's a pretty thoughtful piece to say the least, I think...

What a great line from Lindsay Zoladz:

"Ultraviolence has an air of "HI HATERS" drizzled out in gasoline, and an immaculately-manicured finger flicking a cigarette in slow-motion onto the ground."

I don't know if this has been posted or counts towards mc but the huffington uk review is rather nice. Not only dose it talk about the itunes version but it also talks about the album and nothing else.

^ yes... :clap3:

But most reviews (positive ones) keep mentioning how BTD sold 7 million copies. And some of them kinda admit that they were wrong.

Only the pressed reviews never dare to mention her sales, impact and fan base.
