Definitely "How Can I?" I can't fucking stand it when artists have a song title that's a question with no question mark at the end.

I have it as 'How Can I?' on the demo and album sampler versions and 'How Can I' on the album version like it's written in the booklet.

Yeah I just have it as "How Can I" because that's how it actually is written on iTunes and the physical album, but I've seen people put the question mark so I was just wondering. It doesn't bother me since its not like a whole sentence if that makes sense. Like since its just a fragment of the lyric that asks the question, it doesn't bother me that it doesn't include the puntuation.

No. If it's intentionally misspelled or something that's fine, but the question mark thing bothers me. How can I(?) is a question, not a statement, so it needs a question mark at the end.
