Let's not shit on TS too too much, apart from being self obsessed, her music is fine. She knows how to write a song, she's a good songwriter, she's a poet born in the wrong generation. I would liken her music to a portrait, pretty, as long as you only look at the subject, the background, the production however is bland and uninspiring, basically only there because the void would look worse.

Charli on the other hand is deeply emotional and ensures all details can be enjoyed on their own, the lyrics, production, vocal effects, everything, it's a masterpiece. It makes her music too bombastic for some, but once you're no longer overwhelmed you can trully appreciate it all. Exposing the blandness of most other music, TS included.

Hopefully one day swifties will reach enlightenment.

I know ultrabanister wanted us to stop talking about her but one last thing I'd like to mention. With how long she is hooarding the top 1 spot, I'm kind of getting scared that it will get even more difficult to release a new album. "Sorry we can't release your album in July, you see TS will drop her album in February and will still be number 1 by then, closest we can do is october, maybe." I could see music execs actually thinking like that and that would be a shame...
