roblox is something else omg. i've dealt with so many kids threatening suicide, sick hackers, insane interactions, questionable role playing, assault, etc. 
but nah, roblox total drama island is actually insane when people get so confident since they're anonymous. theres always some player being ratchet and another one being sick in the head.

Idgaf if the whole Brat thing has been run into the ground. I love seeing Charli get this huge moment with a bunch of overexposure. Brat becoming so big that they’re using it as promo for a presidential campaign with it being discussed on CNN and Fox News is very funny to me. It’s obvs very corny but it’s cool to see her get this type of moment that’s so huge and will leave an impact and will never be able to be recreated (though many will try). Many of us on here have always seen Charli’s greatness, and now the rest of the world’s catching up.
 
I think a lot of people are taking a lot of Brat-related stuff way too seriously when it’s all been the full opposite of serious. Like how people were losing their minds over her tweeting “kamala IS brat”. Her troll-y tweet that she probs didn’t even think twice about creating all this discourse and blowing up the way it did is Very funny. It’s amazing to me how she managed to create this huge moment in pop culture.

I hear what you're saying, but if Trump wins then Palestine/Gaza will no longer exist and with Project 2025, we will all have much bigger problems to worry about within our own country
I wish we were in a better place that for this election we could focus on whats happening in Gaza, but we have to save ourselves before we can think about saving anyone else
Also, apparently Kamala refused to meet with Netanyahu, so her policy and opinions on the situation may end up being completely different from Biden's and she could be pressured to cut ties with Israel. But if Trump wins then there is no chance of that ever happening

For me, the idea that in 2024 the Democrats can mobilize a coalition that can outweigh, outrank, and outvote the white men who decide the Rust Belt’s electoral votes seems like a daunting task. I’m not saying I don’t believe she can do it, I just think there’s no room for error. 
 
HRC was sloppy in her campaign, largely bc she assumed the losses in the minority vote (compared to Obama) would be offset by white women, and that ultimately led to her losing by a razor thing margin. She spent the last week of her campaign in Arizona, which would’ve been a “nice to have state” instead of Pennsylvania or Florida, which were “need to haves”. Harris can’t make those same mistakes, and to her credit, I don’t see her doing so. 

same, intuitively, kamala harris being president just seems so out of reach, she's a woman, and she isn't white, and although i want to be optimistic and have faith in her, but people here are most certainly still prejudiced whether knowingly or unknowingly, and i honestly feel like it's gotten worse in the past few years... a woman being our president just seems so surreal, especially in this election, that i can't help but feel doubtful, but you never know what can happen, the past few weeks have been pretty crazy and we've got a few months left to go

like…i’d rather have a president that can laugh and shows some humanity than a rambling old man who stands for nothing but himself 

Far too soon to say who's won (or even who is winning). Kamala just raised $100 million in largely grassroots donations. The party has banded behind her. And all the attention is on her. 
 
Keep in mind, no polls have yet been conducted with Kamala as the main choice for the Democrats (all of them were in the context of all in which you came Biden still being the presumptive nominee). 
 
Only a fool and a contrarian would want to claim this election is decided one way or another. 

i'm still waiting on that cassie inspired minimal techno-r&b album someone here said brat would be sometime last year tbh, idc if it's made up that idea sounds exquisite 

I want a;
- Tame Impala/Ultraviolence style psychedelic rock album with a lot of synths
- Another hyper futuristic sounding album (Pop 2 esque)
- An ACTUAL rave album maybe with more ‘rapping’ in Shygirl style (like Spring Breakers, 5 in the morning etc)

Lust For Life is such an enigma, you could tell she hoped for this album to be her critically acclaimed one. The political direction that didn't land with the public. How much time and how much effort she sunk into its making. She put her EVERYTHING into it. We really did her dirty when both fans and critics panned the album. And its probably what led to her eventual burnout and departure from Rick, girly didn't wanna draft hundreds of mixes for each song no more
