I thought so too at first , and then I had a crazy night out downtown, late 2019, shortly after it came out, where I was basically drunk the whole time lol, and it was just kind of how the events of night went I think… the flow of going in and out of all these loud, packed bars and I was just present in that moment… the music blaring… rooms were spinning… the whole night was just this fun, noisy blur. I mean like, PEOPLE WERE PARTYING…! 
 

Just the late 2019 vibe at the time too… because it’s not like I hadn’t been there, done that before either… maybe just one of those things too where “you just had to be there,” ya know?
 

And only THEN after coming away from all of that, is when I understood Shake It…
