Hahaha, yeah I know that that's an unpopular opinion among Nico fans, and i agree that Desertshore and The Marble Index are definitely the better albums, but for some reason Drama Of Exile holds a special place in my heart, perhaps because it reminds of some really amazing times.

Really? I always preferred the 1981 version. Perhaps because I really like the Saeta/Vegas single as much as everyone else seems to do. Purple Lips has always been my favorite.

I fucking love Purple Lips!! And yes, I really don't like the 1981 for some reason. We all have our weird connections to songs but I just think it sounds better in general. . I love Saeta as well.
