LDR5 was recorded in Nashville with The Arctic Monkeys’ Alex Turner.

“Alex and I weren’t friends before this,” she explains of their surprise

went out one night for a meal and ended up in a karaoke bar in LA.

On the video we can see her drinking water (which I think everyone there is drinking, at least at the recording moment)

not lana putting more effort into karaoke than her live performances

I mean, as a recovering alcoholic myself, I really disagree with this. There's nothing that I love more than a pasta with a vodka sauce. I had one last night, and had a glass of champagne with it. As far as food goes, when cooking with alcohol, the alcohol itself is burned off. There's none left in the dish. So, you can serve the same dish Lana orders to a 10 year old and be fine. & there's truly no problem with having a glass of something alcoholic here and there, as long as you're not sitting home alone with a bottle of whiskey in hand. If people who have chosen to go sober also choose to drink every now and then (knowing their limits), that's their choice. And if they don't, that's their choice as well. There's really no "rule book" for it since everyone handles matters differently. It's all about what an individual thinks is best for them.

Those are just my thoughts, at least.
