Of course I have no clue how many pieces they made for her and how much their controversy set her release back(if at all), but it's crazy how much accidental mess she gets pulled into sometimes, lol. I feel bad for that. I remember when she was getting freaked out on for collabing with Tierra Whack years ago too, that was.. something.

The original is just so good that the expectations are thrown off really far for me. It's not just the difference in sound though, it's the lyrics. The quality of the leaked lyrics vs this new one are just undeniable. I mean, just look at the choruses:

I mean, look at that. The worst part is though, the new version has an amazing first verse, and the sound up until that point is really good. If it were a little more polished all the way through, or she stripped it back to be more like the original, it'd have been perfect.
