Oh wow!   I don't know exactly what is the story of the album, but from what I get through the music video and Stargirl interlude, it seemed like Starboy it's a metaphor for a notorious, famous, rich, talented and whatever person. Then he met this girl and she was hiding who she truly was until StarGirl Interlude. Looks like she's refusing to accept that she's a Stargirl too and he's forcing her to be who she actually is. It's kind of similar to "Life is awesome, I confess" in FMWUTTT. So it's basically Lana being forced by Abel to assume her true form. And it may hurt her, but he's doing this for her own good, he just wants to see Lana shining.

 

Could be just about sex tho!   It's super sexy!
