I kinda think Lana doesn't have to prove herself with lyrics anymore. We knows she's a legend. Besides, this was an experimental album. She gave us some lyrical masterpieces, and some bops with ok lyrics. Everybody wins.

she used it as the echo of her strong side, because she sounds so weak on the rest of the song.. "why??, bitch?????!!..etc"
