One of the most unique vocal tones ever- so diverse from the cutesy babydoll voice to the fake husky BTD tone to her more middle range tone now.
 
her voice is pretty weak sometimes from smoking though. She still really shines on acapella moments with a strong head voice but not a lot of projection anymore in any song.
Overall one of the best voices to ever have a voice box

With all the promotion for Halsey's new 'Impersonator' album (She just did Fiona Apple), I'm surprised Sky or her mom haven't made any shady comments yet…
 
Like I doubt anyone cares—But whenever I see someone mention this album, I recall that one tweet Sky 'Like'd years ago that called Halsey a Sky Ferreira Impersonator

Yep it’s infected the morons here in the Uk too- what exact policies of trumps are even defendable? The economy in the US wasn’t exactly booming with Trump and Kids were still being shot in schools with a healthcare system that doesn’t work.

I really don’t see how fingertips or kinstugi could be called traditionally melodic tbh unlike Candy Necklace which merged the two(melody and songwriting) quite well - there’s somewhat a melody there with those two but I can’t imagine anyone casually playing it for fun.
I don’t even see how there’s a comparison between them at this point- both are very different.
All opinions though- we’re on a Lana site so I take no umbrage with the love for her.

im sorry but i think that’s your issue.. I find ocean boulevard to have plenty of replay value, especially the more “verbose” songs like Fingertips or Kintsugi. Maybe you just didn’t connect with it as much which is okay. 
 
in fact, ocean boulevard contains some of her best melodies ever IMO and the same cannot be said for ADIAML whose melodies are pretty uninspired and stale 

its not powerful its literally just schizofrenia she's even said it herself she doesn't take meds bc she doesn't wanna mess with her mind or something like that

She also said at one point her management came up with the lana del rey name or helped her,then said it was because of the seaside and her Mexican friends and something to do with a car aswell-we all know it came from her exs fantasy of children's names.

Come on now/ Lana hasn’t made full top to bottom album in a decade- Lana has a few more better albums but Marina is also not as prolific and doesn’t have the same wet wiping critics who eat anything slow or downturn up.
