can someone lay out how her past releases have been organized (how long between announcement, release date, pre order, artwork, trailer, singles etc) so we can start making more educated guesses bc i’m really excited but i’m also v sick and tired and don’t have the energy to do this myself lol

i don’t know why but she’s always had two stores, i’ve had them both bookmarked on my phone and computer for ages as “lana US store” (shoplanadelrey.com) and “lana FAKE store” (store.lanadelrey.com), and not to get even more confusing but there’s also https://store.universalmusic.com/lanadelreyCA/ (also not saying that lana store is “fake” like unofficial, it’s just so i wouldn’t get it confused with her american store and try to place and order from there instead lol

i just looked and it’s on her insta and different than i remember?? i still like it tho. it’s surrounded by more pics from the same camping/hiking/whatever they were doing trip and chuck was there taking pictures so i hope some of it ends up released for the album, even if it’s more wintery it’s still nature, and i wouldn’t mind if she included pics from every season tbh

why are we talking about the one line in black beauty?? i’m so tired....... that song is beautiful and that is such a small thing to bicker about (not to mention old?? like didn’t we already all know this) and it feels kind of useless anyways considering this is a fan site dedicated to a white woman who calls herself lana del rey and puts on fake accents etc like don’t u think it’s already expected with the territory.... like whomb cares she already did tropico she’s a problematic fave we already know get over it i want the tan border on the cover and the vinyl to be the colors of a sunset swirled together also i know i just said to stop this convo and even tho this isn’t really the same thing i always think about this: i think like 90% of her music is about tony montana like specifically lmfao, i know it’s kind of obvious but when u really think about it.... that’s a lot of lyrics that can be traced back to al pacino in scarface (but who can blame her ) also x2 does anyone remember that pic of her in the mountains by a treehouse or something and it was snowy and there was an american flag?? i can’t remember if i dreamed it or not but i always thought it would be fitting for the cover too

even tho it seems like she’s trying to kill LDR w this album, i’m still gonna be sad if she breaks the wearing white in front of a car tradition

if she’s still putting out to poetry book before the album when can we expect that then? unless she just does it at the same time so she can bundle it with the album and vice versa, or maybe a few weeks before? idk how these things work, but i was kind of expecting a longer time period in between the two releases

okay like this makes sense... idk about the visuals part like special variants/box set etc, i think we might since she’s had so much time yknow? plus chuck said mac(? maybe it was one of the other vids but u get the point) was part of a bigger project. and with the rumor about the sublime tour bus thing, it could totally be for NFR, bc i think we all agree that a video for doin time doesn’t really make sense lol. but considering how she’s described the vibe of the album, i could totally see it being used in a video or shoot. but okay so like doin time and don’t call me angel being the songs she was talking about makes sense, especially with how you explained it. if 6 months from march is september, and she puts the poetry book out then, and she wants the poetry book out before the album, we could be looking at anywhere from sept-dec release for NFR. which makes sense, with her top of the (new?) year comment from earlier, it’s like.. the top of the year.. the end of it..u reached the top. so this has probably been the plan all along, and it just got messed up. i think mac/venice bitch very possibly could have been an unplanned release to distract from the israel thing and could’ve been meant for later or not at all bc of the artworks, maybe she just had to pick something to assign them quickly. whomb knows anyway though, i’m dumb and with lana anything is possible lol edit: plus going by this suspected timeline doin time and don’t call me angel would make sense so she doesn’t have to do her own promo, maybe she worked it out that way on purpose. but my point is i don’t think the album has actually been delayed, she meant end of the year all along
