y’all dont give up!! i was on 10am sharp too, i had every problem u could think of happening on their website and i still managed to snag 2 VIP early entry for Seattle, though i got them on two separate tries, and both on my phone. it took forever and lots of refreshing and i finally gave up on my computer bc it just was error message after error message so i kept trying on my phone and finally got them. so keep trying!!!

oh my GOD finally got ONE gold early entry, it took me fucking 28 minutes. that was awful and i'm upset it kept kicking me out of the queue and when i actually got to the page where u can pick tickets and buy them it kept saying it wouldn't go through on my device and to try on a different one so i did on my phone in the browser and the app and i got kicked out of the queue and it would say the same thing about trying a different device. why is it like this?? do they enjoy stressing their customers out and making them hate their company? idgi

this confused me at first, but look at the fine print underneath each package description where it lists which concerts it will be available for. i live in seattle and was really confused to see reserved rows/seating in the packages bc wamu is always entirely general admission, then i saw the smaller writing that said it was for other dates and seattle is still getting early entry ga packages and that’s it lol lol
