Coca: Coca-Cola reference and also a wordplay on the reference to cocaine.

Colla...what if she really means "colla'," like the collar of a shirt? Cocaine residue would often be found on the clothing of users, it'd make sense that one of the most common places might be around the collar or neckline of the shirt, since when it's not injected, it's usually snorted or rubbed on the gums with a fingertip.

What if Coca Colla and Television Heaven are Lana's love song to a cocaine addiction/addict, or from the perspective of a coke addict in a relationship?

I was thinking; under everybody's name where it displays "Location" and "Time Online" 
there should be another line called "Fan Since" and then maybe the user can pick the Month and Year they have been a fan since, (first started listening to lana/lizzy/may)

I think most of the songs she wrote in the past have nothing to do with who she wants to be right now and how she wants people to see her... Also, I personally prefer this whole LDR image she (they?) came up with right before BTD and I think it's better to leave those songs in the past.
Some exceptions there of course, a lot of songs are really album worthy.
