as I said, if we still get the promo the song will rise on spotify and other streaming services no matter if the song came out the day before or a month before. It's obvious that right after the release there's more buzz but there is still time for the song to have at least some success. Y&B debuted at 89 and then, thanks to the promo from the film, the song reached the top30 and Lana didn't even sing it on any television show or did almost any radio interviews. Love is in terms of sound and themes similar to that song and I really believe if Lana plays her cards right it could reach a similar type of success. I have faith in the song and i'm sure lana and her team do as well but I guess only time will tell x

It's crazy to me how well the Love music video is doing. Still getting over 1M views per day after 2 weeks. No other LDR video ever had this much buzz when released. I honestly think the song still has potential to be a sleeper hit. Gagie's Million Reasons even dropped out of the charts at one point but with some good promo it became a top5 hit, it may seem like Lana and her team have already forgotten about the song but I believe they're just following the original schedule and promo may come at the end of the month and the song still has potential to be successful. For anyone wondering successful doesn't necessarily mean for it to be a mainstream and for Lana to be a sold out. It means the song is well received and gets praised by the general public. Yall so concerned about Lana being happy, but wouldn't she be happier to see her music is being appreciated after being so heavily criticized in the past ?

this isn't really an unpopular opinion but I would've loved if Lana became famous in like 2010, released a POP record with the material she was working on at the time in London and then had the same carreer as she's had now. I can't at yall talking about Lana as if her albums barely debut in the top 30 and sell 10k copies. She has made her money and her abums pay back the finances her record label has spent to do them. You're all comparing her sales to when she was at the peak of her career in 2012/13, when she was one of the biggest names in the industry. Although she hasn't really done any promo in a long time UV has sold more than 1.3M copies and has around 400k combined streams on spotify. debuted at number one and had an almost sold out tour in the us. it's true HM sold just around 700k but that's more than most of the other alternative/pop girls and on spotify it has 200/300k streams which isn't that bad for that kind of album. If LDR5 doesn't get again any promo it may sell around 500k total but you know what, it's fine. She's playing the biggest festivals in europe as a headliner, she's still very well known (in Europe and in the US i would say most of the people have at least heard of her), she doesn't lose money in promoting singles that end flopping so I don't see any problem. Yall acting like she's on the level of Marinara and the Tomatoes or something where she's about to go bankrupt while she's probably planning on buying yet another 2million dollars mansion in LA
