Transcribers, get ready to interject [sic] a lot 

Thanks for volunteering, guys! It's now that time where I make you regret offering to help by showing you exactly how much work needs to be done. I'm not in a super-big rush for all this to be completed (I know most of you have lives and/or may not be able to start helping until a week/month later:P) so don't feel overwhelmed. If each person does a couple of things, it'll all be done! If you notice someone is mentioned in multiple areas and you're only mentioned in one, PLEASE do your part in that one and don't leave it to the person available in all the areas. Just because they signed up for all does NOT mean they should be tackling all of this. 
 
Interviews are on a first come- first serve basis so if you decided you want to do something, please post which interview you've decided to take on. No point in two people doing the same thing! 
 
As I've said previously, I'll make sure you all have access once I've cleaned up the 2011 section a bit more, which'll be in about a week. Until then, you can PM me your interviews and I'll make the threads. All people helping will be given credit! Happy Interview Finding/Transcribing/Translating/Typing!

@@maru Great! I'll try to start chronologically from Jan 2012 (and maybe a few easy ones I can pick up) and work my way up. If you want to, you can start from December 2012 and work back and we can meet in the middle! I will post a list of radio interviews I have found here.
 
If anyone wishes to transcribe one, send me a PM so I can mark it off so other people can do something else! By the way, this isn't a complete list and I'm trying my best to expand it all the time.

They shouldn't be super hard to find! I'll get a list going as soon as I can!

If she ever does a Romanian interview, I'll be here for u   . I'm quite terrible at hunting for old/less known interviews although I could try! 

I can help you with the Brazilian/Portuguese/French/Spanish ones but when I get home at the end of the month.

My native language is Dutch so I can translate Dutch articles into English.

Like sitar, I like transcribing I used to do it a lot for linguistics in high school that shit gets me wet tbh

I will be fully available from the end of July on, and willing to dedicate my pathetic spare time of semester break to help out (with every task there is).

I don't expect Lana to have "feminist messages" in her songs. I don't expect Lana to identify as a feminist or be an outspoken advocate for women's issues. I don't expect her to be well acquainted with feminist ideologies and the different waves. I just expect her to not be COMPLACENT when talking about the current state of being a woman in this day and age. (oddly worded, but i hope you get what i mean)

It's fact women are paid less when they do the same jobs as men do; and that's everywhere.  A lot of men don't do their jobs well, but still get paid more than women.
 
I agree with MARU though on that subject. I don't expect her to be Simone De Bouvier or Andrea Dworkin but it's pretty disheartening [personally] that she doesn't have anything to say about that.
 
I agree with you too, Antonia that she should definitely be grateful of her education and opportunities she's had. Many people in the world can only wish for an education.
