I just listened to the album yesterday and ever since then I've been FLOORED.
IMAGINE OPENING AN ALBUM WITH A MASTERPIECE LIKE THAT AMERICAN REQUIEM IS.... Seriously I've been playing that like NON-STOP!
Also constantly replaying Bodygard, Daughter, Levii's Jeans, Ya Ya and every track from Desert Eagle to Amen. 
I am amazed. I am  not in love with every song yet. But hey, I was worried that this album would be all hillbilly lol. and woww am I glad I was wrong!?
 
Also #2: American Requiem is, in other words, this album's Virgo's Groove.😌 Those who get it get it. 
 

she deserved that aoty. there's so much hard work, love and pain in that album. the attention to detail is incredible.

My expectations for this album are extremely low but I do still hope that one day there will be a switch within her and she'll start making good music again. We saw glimpses of it on songs like ADIAML title track and venus fly trap so it's still in there.

Excuse you, Official, Silver Cross, Warm, Gone, Next Level Charli and February 2017 are all amazing (and way better than this song) not to mention the great experimental tracks like Thoughts and Click with the remaining songs being decent to good at least!

I don’t know why a last album needs to be 47 songs long?….11 tracks is a fairly standard album length.
 

it still gets a lil much and I have a good cry about her passing every now and then but damn 4 years it really has been that long huh...  missing her everyday I finally started listening to Just Like We Never Said Goodbye again and damn is it so haunting 

A guy i work with told me today he heard the new Twiks album….. 👀
 
I asked him what he thought, he said….
 
The song Eusexua is boring.
 
He said he heard the first 30 seconds of Girl Feels Good and skipped it.
 
He said Sticky was meh.
 
He said her soft voice doesn’t match the dance music. It doesn’t work.
 
He said Perfect Stranger is old, he heard it months ago, its too old to be on the album.
 
He said he doesn’t remember Striptease.
 
 
 
I’ll be sitting next to someone else tomorrow i think.

Opinion (not aimed at anyone): to me, Sex Change is an empowering song that takes all the nonsense people throw at trans women and completely disempowers it. 
 
There's nothing wrong with what she says in it, including the use of the word "t*anny" (only censoring bc it might be against the rules to use it uncensored).
 
People who are not trans women may not get it though and that's okay.

i'm honestly underwhelmed... the first 4 tracks are excellent then it falls apart. i'm confused why this was being hyped as a techno club record when most of the album is midtempo. striptease is good though but like that's it for me. childish things having north west is also a choice, a horrible choice! 
 
i guess i'm just very tired of artists saying "my album is this!" when at most 3-4 tracks are the album actually are that.
 
the deluxe better be serving some german techno bangers or she can keep it.

I don't have my full opinion yet but I do feel the urgency to say it just doesn't make sense to me that Twigs and her team spent months in the studio working on a song like Childlike Things and fully believing it was a good idea. What the fuck was that. Worst Twigs song no competition.

I thought the album was fine. Don't know if I'm still going to be listening to it a month from now though.

Who lied to her and said childlike things is good I still can't get over it and 24hr Dog being on the same is just ridiculous
 
We needed a little more drums of deaths and a little less....that

Caprisongs is way more consistent and than Eusexua, but i feel like Eusexuas has more highs.
