Early-ish hours. Title. The point of the thread is to kinda just share 1 thing you love, and pair it with 1 thing you hate, or dislike. Sort of works, in a ways of your likes and dislikes. The person, place, thing, act of doing, phenomena etc. don't have to match. Kind of random, but thought it'd be cool to get this started to better redefine things that we love, and things that we don't so much. Simple. I'll start. I love getting to watch sunrises, and how quiet everything is in the early morning. I hate it when people don't just pull over when they're lost while driving. Slows everything down. or I love swimming pools. I hate low battery things. Ok, go!

oh forsure but also there's nothing wrong w that. especially w the phone notif. and the weird clicking sounds in the background that deafen the beat (which I think balances out the snippet the most). past that tho, for me, it gets me worried at what part this snippet is of the song. I'm thinking maybe it'll be a hook? or it could be towards the end of the track? the energy doesn't seem to be colored in the snippet. I appreciate the dexterity of "battle for ur life" and "money don't talk(?)" and how it compliments the funky riffs, I lovee the beat, I'm just waiting for the heat to come in, bc right now, to me, it sounds a bit jagged tin, when we know metal can bend and have curves, metal to music, lines to nuances. I looveeeed Stupid Love when it came out. We got the whole thing, so that was a lot more balanced than the low quality snippet for Babylon(?). so personally it's a bit irritating bc currently we don't have the whole thing to properly assess. to tie things back to the demo bit, it was mentioned somewhere online that it might be the demo according to her manager(?), and how there's a different version. knowing her, and the multiple versions she had for btw and artpop, doesn't sound farfetched. people are allowed to change their minds nd we'll just have to see. kudos if ya like it, it means ya just get to enjoy it more what's ur take on it now tho?

I know where I wanna go, and how to get there, but I think being able to wander every once in a while is a good, even necessary thing. What do you miss doing, w isolation going around (assumedly, in ur area)? Or what do u miss?

Been thinking a lot about how we could implement systems w all this going on. Like, we already know there are networks that follow our location anonymously? Maybe if there were apps that showed us how many people were in at an area, or camera functions that allowed us to see bacteria thru (heat, light idk..) I read somewhere on here that the virus only lasts 4 hours on copper, which, doesn't seem very short, but compared to other surfaces, it relatively is. and if we established systems where supply services could cater to people evenly? people of diff zip codes at a time? I mean I know atm this is really vague, and honestly tf am I thinking. but I guess I've just been thinking on how important community and how communication within it's really important, and that we're not so prepared for events like these. Like, granted, w families, and maybe even some close close friends, we've got contingency plans, so that's great, but then it just ends up dividing the area household to household, which- is fair and understandable. I wonder how we can have more community service areas be able to cater more (factor in all the funding that'd need to have.) in my head, we'd have conveyor belt sidewalks, where idk moving vacuums can deliver copper-protected goods or something to people. we'd have the tech to be able to smartly traverse our environment, without making too much of external fuss. Communication would flow easily and at a constant rate. but then it gets me thinking about first: - how much money is this going to spend. - do we even have tech/ minds who're willing to mentally travel to make these ideas a reality - the amount of control we're willing to give up, if any for the sake of human, social evolution (r we even ready for it? further, all the societal dynamics) - how would this affect, change our lives as a species(widespread, and as individuals)? (what about people who don't really agree, can't/won't be able to adapt to it?) - when do we know when to stop? Who the hell can we really talk to about these things to make a better, practical, reality-based path of a future? Tech companies w mechanical know-how? Artists w creative ideas? System keepers w physical experience? All of this information that we still need, and us, as people, like- how can we collaborate and be efficient towards these causes? U know? I probably sound like a crazy person, and that these ideas are kinda just like, ideas, that need to be fleshed out.. but seriously. how can we implement these sorts of things? How long would it take to be able to get us geared? Just some things to think about, imagine we had teams that thought about this on the reg, and were able to communicate these things without going crazy, or at least be able to constantly communicate those thoughts where people would understand it. Follow through w that cause, so we can all share the benefits of it or something.

Honestly- same. Classes were cancelled too but yeah. I wanna go out and run/hike outside since the trail's like safely distant and not really all that well known, but now I'm calculating like mental probability in my head and all the what if's it's stifling, Like, I just wanna run wth It feels like I'm a misplaced fish ..
