Okay after a few listens late at night this has grown a lot on me. The chorus is amazing. I feel it's a bit disconnected from the other songs this era other than the dramatic & heavy strings buuuut maybe it'll all make sense when the full album comes out.

Okay but can we talk about how the single cover makes no sense like... I was expecting a Florida Kilos type of song after I saw that. It's not a bad song but I'm kinda shocked 'cause it's 100% different from what I expected

I can't keep up with this thread and this probably has been discussed a million time already but: this really does seem like unused footage from that ~mythical~ original Ultraviolence video. The hairstyle, the clothes, the underwater scenes from that Neil Krug photoshoot etc Anyway both snippets sound really promising

Ummm this is good gorgeous stunning and that bridge is everything. But I guess this album will sound more like her soundtrack songs than anything "jazzy"

This is not a very ambitious debut, and I guess many people could class it as generic or bland. But it does its job in delivering a collection of good pop songs. The uptempos have the highest ratings as some of the slower songs are a bit too cheesy for me.
