Their solo music isn’t really doing it for me. I like some songs here and there but nothing compares to Ungodly Hour. There’s just something so special about their voices together. Neeed another album as a duo.

She should've just released 1 album instead of a 3 EPs cause so far neither BB/Ang3l nor Quantum Baby are strong enough to stand on their own, even though I do really like the songs. The only song I don't like on Quantum Baby is No Broke Boys. It doesn't rlly fit in tbh, and is such obvious TikTok bait. I get why she included it though, after the success she got with Nasty.

There are a bunch of Lana copycats out there but this one’s so on the nose that it feels like a parody. Being inspired is one thing but I’m looking at the lyrics of that Summertime song rn and it fully looks like someone typed “write a Lana Del Rey song” in a chatbot and this was the result. I just watched the video and burst out laughing . I wonder if she’s aware of how blatant the copying is? Cause I just really don’t see the point of starting a music career when you’re coming across as a full-on tribute act, from the lyrics to the sound to the visuals to the references.

I'm so excited about her working with Elvira (the producer). I've been waiting for a pop girl to fully link up with her, I loooved her work with Taylor.

Lifetimes isn't bad (it's definitely better than Woman's World), but it is extremely generic. It sounds like any other dance song by a DJ featuring a random nameless Rita Ora-type singer that you'd hear during a transition scene of a Netflix reality show. I don't see myself listening to it again.

Sooo good I love how she's going more into a 2010s alt-pop direction instead of doing a 2000s tribute like people would probs expect from her. It kinda reminds me of Terror Jr back when they made good music.

That post didn’t read as flamebaiting at all tbh. I don’t think that new variant Taylor dropped is in any way related to Charli or Billie, but mentioning it also isn’t entirely off-topic considering Taylor dropping variants and blocking both Charli and Billie was a huge story a while ago with multiple articles written about it. (And if it was posted in the Taylor Swift thread you’d have people complaining about you coming into her thread to talk negatively about her.) Idk, not a fan of users getting warning points for giving a negative opinion on Taylor Swift. I think criticism should be allowed on this site. No hate to the mod that did it though, I get wanting to avoid any type of drama after all the tension on this site, but I think in that case the problem lies more with the people who turn someone else’s opinion into drama (which in this case also didn’t really happen yet, other than that one user deciding leaving the site again, which shouldn’t be anyone else’s problem)

The way this is kinda inevitable I actually really love Troye's music but can't stand his features on Charli songs tbh. They're not a great pairing.
