I promise that if I'm able to acquire anything unleaked, other than retail material, I'll leak it. Or if it gets scrubbed, I'll reshare it. Like how Hayden simps attempted and failed at scrubbing pre-Ethel stuff.

Gatekeeping is dumb af.
If you have something, share it. That's what I've done in the past.
agreed. these artists probably don't know these hoarders personally (to where the hoarders owe the artists anything) so the only point of these hoarders hoarding is either to get internet fame or money.

Idk imo we need less hoarders so thats fine with me

I have that one, too. Among others.

No, it really isn't. Not to me, anyway. I wanna know what's so special about smth it shouldn't leak. I don't agree with half the reasons why people complain about certain leaks (across all artists)

They were both ass and I blame Joe Biden and the Democrats for this. Had Joe not lied about being a transitional president, there would have been a competitive primary. Had Kamala not felt entitled to the presidency and allowed a competitive primary, there would almost certainly have been a better chance to stop him. Had the Democrats not failed the Arab community by supporting genocide, more of them would have voted Democrat. Had Democrats not pushed the lie that the economy was strong and admitted that FOR THE AVERAGE PERSON the economy was terrible and ran on improving that, they could have won.
The economy was going great for rich capitalists but not for the working class. They kept denying it. This and the genocide support combined with the undemocratic nature of the candidate selection? They were guaranteed to lose.

Since others are posting and my inbox is almost full:
Here's my driver of everything from Ethel that's not retail and all her eras
No I don't care if she doesn't want some of that out
https://drive.google.com/drive/u/1/mobile/folders/15BKo4euFT0QU47ovOcMe4KipVQkS00Tj
Can I add what you have that I don't to my Drive? Imo everything needs to be out there.

I have more stuff I didn't add to the folder, most of them Grails, but IDK if I should share that.

In the USA, police don't care about DV. which tracks, since police officers are the highest perpetrators of it

Obviously. But I'm not defending her. I'm doing the exact opposite. Y'all are outright defending Lana and like I said, if it wasn't Melanie, it would be something else y'all bring up to run PR for Lana.
-

You and the others are only doing it to defend Lana, though. I can hammer on both but it makes precisely zero sense to do that on a post not about her.
Whataboutism is a fallacy for a reason.

No they didn't. They decided it would be a cool idea to completely redirect. People who were already prone to glaze Lana would have found another reason or another way to deflect.
Also Domestic Violence is right up there with rape and people are out here running interference to defend Lana and absolve her of what small amount of responsibility she has in the reaction to that.

If this was MelanieBoards and in a Random Melanie Discussion Thread, I would be doing that. Also bringing it up on her subreddit got me and others banned for it, so I've done it before there.
Regardless, it doesn't change how I feel about Lana and does not, in any way, make it okay what she's done. You're redirecting to Melanie to deflect. And to me, all of those things that both of them have done are terrible and whether or not you think so has no impact on how I feel. And if I wasn't a Melanie fan, you'd find some other reason to try and redirect things away from Lana

Do you sincerely mean that or are you just ragebaiting? Since you're coming off like a misogynist who thinks domestic abuse is okay.
Lana's staff knowing what he did, ignoring it, and doing nothing means they have something to do with it. Also DV perpetrators often do it repeatedly.
She has a restraining order.

She has a restraining order but good job letting your fandom of Lana override solidarity with DV survivors.

The role of the team is to protect and handle Lana Del Rey the artist and brand.
Elizabeth Grant the person is responsible for everything involved in that brand.
How the team handles things like this reflects on her as a person bc she created that brand.

Awww. I like you too!
She's not responsible for that, but she knows how really bad Ben and Ed are with a lot of things. And those two, or at least Ben, is responsible for blocking people for bringing it up. His reaction and the reaction of the people on her team - the ones she does have the ability to control to some degree - make her responsible in my eyes.
