I really avoid making double posts about anything i release on the boards, because of the fact that i want to abide by the rules. As well as that theres no need to. However, this time around i had to make an exception. And the reason for that exception comes from me being proud of the work i was able to do on Lana's record Summertime Sadness. Capturing the record in a time that the song would've been perfect for. All the while maintaining the beautiful essence of her etheral & melodically angelic vocal work, & the soul of the record itself. Can't wait to release the full version soon.

I have all textless Lana covers in my library so I don't really do these often anymore

New cover for West Coast now i've heard the song. My visualisation of the distorted vocals and guitar etc. also very fitting for the lyrics in the chorus being on the balcony

Just got through reading this interview, and it reinforces the idea for me that Lana is tangible and genuine person. Which we all know obviously from the numerous amounts of pictures she takes with her fans. As well as the interaction she has with them. & That all the more makes me truly appreciate her as a person.

Went a different direction with this, but I really like how it turned out. Really inspired by ~vintage photography~ and Neil Krug's work.

Hey guys. A few of you are familiar with my Gaga stuff but I've a lot of Lana inspired artwork that I haven't really put out there yet. This thread is basically going to be a page to dump all my LDR-esque digital pieces so I can keep track and get more inspiration. CC would be great + any new ideas you've got, shoot 'em my way. (Let me know if there are too many pictures, I can /spoiler them or something!)

NEW MUSIC: Lana Del Rey - Blue Jeans (feat. James Dean & Natalie Wood) [urban Noize Remix]

The rough and rugged soundtrack we provided to our remix of Lana Del Rey's "Blue Jeans" not only fits the bad boy persona of James Dean, who its coincidentally tailored for, but also perfectly describes the sound of Lana's sophmore album Ultraviolence. Which we hit the nail on before she had a chance to completely talk about it. As well as that, the dialogue is taken from James Dean coming of age classic movie "Rebel Without A Cause".

“It sounds like everything I listen to. Phil Spector has been one of my inspirations, honestly. The album has a Californian influence… With different effects and progressions, with a tough energy which makes me think of New York”.
