The Weeknd era is so well executed. Single choice, promo singles, videos. All amazing. I hope she is capable of doing something similar. And I hope for some good features.

I don't honk she gained weight. I think the top just makes her look a little big. TBH I think she looks great except for the hair. I don't like the middle part or the cut bangs but that's really it. She looks really good I don't see what the issue is.

She looks really healthy and happy but I wonder if she's developed body dysmorphia. She's constantly getting fillers even more so than before. I get she has to get fillers for her lips bc that the first thing the general public think about when they hear her name etc but why her forehead + cheeks? It seems so unnecessary especially at her age... 

She looks bloated bc she gets new fillers every two weeks. Her face can't even rest in between.

His opinion on Honeymoon is true though. It almost seems like she wanted to create these grand, beautiful and soothing melodies so much that she stripped the album of anything that would interrupt them - anything real, anything raw and basically anything human. The album is essentialy what critics call it - beautiful state of boredom. We are being  trapped into the impressionistic world of gorgeous landscapes while not having a pulse, feeling anyhow, with no mpulse to even open your eyelids. Its a big fake orgasm you want to impress your lover with big hot moans but with no animality or emotion attached. 

I don't think Cola should get dropped off from Lana's live set list. Believe it or not hearing its infamous first line live is a highlight.

Ok, no information about a new alboom? That is a nice change for once not to talk about it way in advance.
 
Not here for Rick Nowels. His productions suck. 1 or 2 songs okay, but not the whole record.

So glad that she's finally starting to feel happy about her life. It's nice to hear her saying things like "I also have a fulfilling life apart from music" and that happiness inspires her. It's so heartwarming to hear that from her.
 
But oh boy Lana please find someone other than Rick Nowels. I know you love working with him, and that's fine, but at least get someone else to get involved in the music too, like with BTD/UV, where Rick was still a big part of the writing, but others just added that extra something to the music. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Honeymoon, but I don't think we're ready for HM 2.0 - and with Rick, I can't help but feel like that's exactly what we're gonna get. Hopefully she comes through on her next album though!

i feel sorry for her + bad for saying this but i'm lowkey glad she got to see firsthand that people are starting to forget about her and leave her in the past.. she needed a kick up the ass she can use it for inspiration for the next album

Some media reactions from Belgium said that she was misplaced at a festival that emphasized on rock. Some fans said on twitter that she was sad at the reaction of the public. So fuck them. She needs to thicken up. Of course that a bunch of tattooed, beer belly, bald, older shit machines didn't connect with her melodramatic style. They waited for the Boss and many of them had no clue who she was.
 
But this could be a problem in the upcoming festivals and she needs to deal with it because it was also her decision to do these festivals. She needs to wake up from her biter-sweet melancholy dream state and face the fact that she has a career worth saving. What she expected tbh? That she'll have the Coachella crowd from 2014 when her career was at the highest point with a lot of LA fans coming just to see her? Since than we had the UV and HM eras with no promo, a lot of stupid interviews and boring videos happened which put her on a downward spiral career wise. So she needs to put herself in the career building mode again which is not easy and sometimes it's just not working despite the artist best efforts. 
 
So, I'm a little concerned for her upcoming festival events especially for Lola because that comes with huge media exposure and that performance will definitely count in her perception stateside. But I say it again: she needs to be bold, she has nothing to lose, she cannot cancel these shows and run away, she has to go forward no matter what and she needs to ditch this ridiculous frighten rabbit act regarding her performances. The fact that she tweaked her show is the step in the right direction. I'm rooting for her and the best case scenario will be that 2016 will mark the transformation of LDR in a confident performer

Maybe this new guy will inspire her to go more rock and a heavier sound like UV. I hope so.

I think that UV and HM ought to be an album with 10-12 songs. They are different sonically but I bet that Dan would do no wrong with the best material from HM. There would be a lot of good songs that would be left out from both of the albums but the final result would be a masterpiece (with no Nina covers and unnecessary jabs at her critics).

Since Francesco been out of the picture she seems more outgoing and happier. I'm not sad he's gone. I never liked that man. He always rubbed me the wrong way. Barrie wasn't perfect either and he looked like he needed a few showers but Barrie was a sweetheart. You can tell Barrie was a nice guy. Francesco on the other hand came across domineering, rough, arrogant, controlling and rude. And don't get me started with the way he use to grab Lana's face in public. Thank god he's out of the picture. She's so much happier now.

Terrence Loves You and The Blackest Day are the best songs of Honeymoon (for me, personally). TLY is just an amazing track, i would even call it a "career highlight" in terms of Lana writing one of her most beautiful songs, it's just so simple and beautiful. The Blackest Day is a really good track and the Bridge is one of the best parts of the whole HM Album.
 
I don't think Lana ~needs~ a longer break, she just needs some new, fresh and different inspiration and mood to write songs about and/or to work with them.
