About Interscope wanting to release all of her stuff, this is simply speculation. All major record companies tend to do so when a singer passes away, with the family giving their blessings. But maybe they would want to do it at the end of her contract, depending what are the terms (if she owns her music).

She will probably return to being a bit more of an underdog unfortunately. Anyways, NFR just was « too successful » with critics; any « sequel » to that album will probably fail to be raved or be called as excellent, critic-wise.

I think a lot of people here love demos and unreleased songs too much, when many of them are meh or just ok. It’s the FOMO factor or « The one that got away » idéalisation. Don’t get me wrong: some demos are really good and some leaks are excellent, but to brand almost each leak as « better than half of LFL or NFR » is often plain stupid. And about LFL, if she had released the demos as official songs like many wishes she had, that album would have been called a snooze fest, the same way HM was called that for being too dreamy.

There are rumours that a second part of the song exists on the dark web. I honestly lost all faith of ever hearing LIB before she dies (and Interscope wants to release all of her finished songs into one collection) and keep away from the Age of Adaline trailer.

With blind faith and blissful ignorance that we would have NFR by the beginning of 2019 lol. I can’t count the number of times I wrote « The era is finally beginning », with each new single or new snippet. Spring was awful, summer as well. Last summer’s shows gave me hope, when she was confirming each time the album was coming in August (but by then, God we were fed up). It still is one of the worst rollouts of her career. LFL seemed like a piece of cake in retrospect.

Thanks! With LFL, the singles and song titles were registered the day they were released or the day the tracklist came out. Don’t know with NFR, but it seems logical they would follow the same pattern. So it could mean nothing new is coming out as of today, I guess (which we already knew).

The tracklist announcement is always a BIG moment for me. I am very not that difficult with the album covers (I basically love all of them except the Paradise one that I find too much alike the BTD one, and way too photoshopped). But the first snippet / first single is MONUMENTAL: it’s basically a taste of things to come.

So, fake tracklists, fake lyrics, fake registrations... something is coming for real!

It’s true that with her, we never know. I never expected a song like Heroin on LFL, which was supposed to be a « happy record ».

You might be setting yourself up for disappointment. She is getting a bit « old » to sing about those themes. Not that I don’t like them, but with each album, she is telling another chapter where she is getting a bit older with each record. The themes evolve as she does. The kinda raw tracks she did before UV or during UV, well, I’m afraid we will need a couple of leaks (if there are any) to hear exactly those again. The themes are still there, just not as plain as they were. On NFR, Venice, Cinnamon Girl and FIILY are all about dope and the bad guy type is hinted on HIaB. It’s just more subtle and maybe more suiting for a 30-something woman, I guess?

Nah, I ain’t worried : I’ve been through too many pre-release eras to know she won’t scrap an album because the tracklist got leaked. Hell, she didn’t scrap LFL after two leaks while she was still making it, she won’t scrap COCC because the tracklist is supposedly out.
