honestly, i'm not really surprised by any of it because i know everything gets hoarded ATP but its insane that sugary sweet is still being hoarded

i'm already seeing people online trying to defend beyonce because her and jay-z got together when she was 19 and he was 31 and that means he groomed her FFS she's not some helpless naive child, she knows what kind of person he is, she doesn't care, she could've left him if it bothered her, but clearly it didn't, she is no victim whatsoever not to mention she literally has CHILDREN with him, she willingly had children with someone who allegedly raped a child, she's disgusting

i hope everyone who abused, assaulted, and hurt women, children, and people in general will be TAKEN DOWN! rich, famous people will no longer be safe from the consequences of their disgusting actions! THROW THEM IN PRISON!

i know we shouldn't care, and i don't mean to bring any negativity here, but i just had to say something... someone posted a clip of her speech on a gossip subreddit and people are being just so incredibly dramatic, catty, and honestly just vile to her, automatically assuming she's a far-right discriminatory MAGA tradwife (do they even know what tradwife means? lmfao) also just simply making fun of her, calling her stupid, a narcissist, saying her work has no value, stuff like that, i know we shouldn't care what a bunch of redditors have to say, but it pisses me off that people are so close-minded, like, okay, yeah, maybe her speech was a little word-salad-y, and maybe she said things that maybe hinted towards her viewpoints (although it also seemed like she was talking about morals and values within the industry...) but people are just being so harsh to her, and it's funny, since they're the exact kind of people who supposedly speak out against misogyny, but we know that many people who preach against misogyny only really apply that to women they like or deem worthy of that, they're being very dismissive of her as a person, all just because she supposedly might not have the same political stance or beliefs (which we can't know what with certainty) she looked STUNNING and yet all they can say is that she looks like a republican's wife, they're all so incredibly bitter and are probably very boring and insufferable people https://old.reddit.com/r/popculturechat/comments/1h98m7p/lana_del_rey_talking_about_jack_antonoff_and_her/?limit=500 and that ISN'T TO SAY that people cannot criticize her decision to marry someone with questionable values and beliefs, i don't particularly like it either, but the people here are just being so nasty, and i feel like they wouldn't act so vitriolic towards anyone else, people get so weird about her, and never take the time to learn more about her, or to understand her

i don't really care what her political views are, what she believes in private is not at all my knowledge and not my business, i love her music, and that's what is important to me

i would love to know what she would have to say about me i have to be honest
