people are probably only saying that because it's a primarily piano track that's recent honestly it reminded me of candy necklace, one of my favorite lana songs, while beautiful... is one of my least-favorites

jane powers was a friend that i believe lana met at some point during the lizzy grant days, there's some photos of them together lana spoke more about their friendship during that very long instagram livestream that took place when blue banisters was released, but i don't know at what time during the livestream

lost at sea is gorgeous! i want ldr10 to sound like this... rich, oceanic, and a little haunting... i also love the vocal effects towards the outro

that apology is so forced and insincere, if he actually felt sorry for what he said, he wouldn't have even said it in the first place because there was not a single thing correct or acceptable about what he said i cannot understand his logic, does he not realize that he could get robbed anywhere? shitty people exist everywhere, and people who do shitty things don't define an entire country or nation, he's just a racist dickhead

if you mean somebody who's a part of her touring band like blake or byron, because they've been a part of lana's touring band for many years, so we feel familiar with them, it would be disappointing that somebody who's been working with lana for many years that many of her fans are familiar with would say something insensitive and racist, at first i thought they were talking about tom marsh who's been working with lana since 2013

i don't think her team can really make her do anything at this point, but at the same time, would lana really agree to release sped-up versions of her songs...? who really knows what goes on behind the scenes, but i don't think her team can force her to release anything, lana seems to have a lot of freedom within her artistry and career, especially compared to other artists

i would've been so disappointed if it was somebody from lana's touring band, it's probably some sort of behind-the-scenes guy (still is disappointing that something like that was said at all, though, just wanted to clarify)
