Wow, that was her? Damn. I’ve been thinking of making a video on discussing why I’m not a fan of Lana’s choices for NFR and the worry I have concerning her personal life- like make a quick mention of how shady her friends seem (especially seeing how they’re associated with those churches), but this takes the cake. That’s really messed up. Now idk if I should go through with it or what.

I don’t mind the mostly piano driven direction of the album. I think I would listen to HIADT more if I could hear it in the context of the album. HTD is still a great song to me, despite it being unreleased by Lana. I don’t get how, at this point, she performed that song so early when she had no plans on releasing it. I think it would’ve been perfect to hear on first listen the day we got the album. MAC was my favorite release and VB coming to a close second. Doin’ Time was also my fave next to MAC, but I doubt it’s an NFR track. I get the maturity some of you are mentioning, but I think that’s only coming from the decision by her to finally work with a different producer. Unfortunately, she’s still not open to exploring different places she can go to, lyrically and sonically. That’s what I noticed with Venice Bitch. It’s the recycled lyrics that are still there. “Bang, bang, kiss, kiss”. Mentions of Jim in HTD. Driving fast x5 in IYC. The mentions of the color blue on NFR (unpopular opinion- “blue” was overkilled during the Honeymoon era). The sounds a great- sometimes a bit too restrained still (HIADT) because of Lana or even Jack giving into Lana’s still restrictive opinions. The problem is that Lana is still hesitant to grow. I know she was all about change during the end of making Lust for Life, but change only happens if you completely want it. Positive change too, because you can regress if you look for it in all the wrong places because it’s what you’re used to. That’s why I also partly didn’t believe her with her claiming to have a whole changed mindset when she claimed that Yosemite was left out because it was “too happy”. On an album called, “Lust for Life”, Lana? She’s not ready for it. NFR sort of confirms it for me (so far). I’m sure it’ll be a great piece of work. But I’m not gonna anticipate the next one and go through the same shit/end up with the same product in different wrapping again.

Maybe it’ll be like Cruel World where the title isn’t mentioned or she’ll throw in a “You think you’re a Norman fucking Rockwell” sort of line in there. It’s strange, but I’m kinda buying into this theory because I think she captioned HIADT as “Sylvia Plath” when she posted the first snippet. So maybe it’s not too crazy to think... but who knows with this b.

Yet she has the money and privilege to find healing in a different therapist, a different medication, a different hobby, or at the very least a different church. You know how vast Los Angeles is? She has no excuse. Lmao

That’s what therapy is for. Not a church that openly preaches homophobic beliefs, protects sexual predators and is endorsed by fellow vapid celebrities who need therapy or an intervention themselves.

Idk who it was who said it, but I heard the more bigoted you are the more it shows in your appearance. It was a joke, but... yeah. Actually, I wonder if Chuck said anything to her? And like someone on here said before, the church and her friends could also be taking her focus away from NFR. I think I’m a little surprised that her sister hasn’t said anything yet.

Coachella and In My Feelings are her two worst original songs, and if she has any songs on NFR in the same lane as those two... ugh... I’d hate to imagine it.

He does psychic readings on people and celebrities and uploads some of them. Anyway, I was going through a few videos today as background noise (I'm loving his readings) and this one on Lady Gaga came up. I wondered if maybe one of his viewers could possibly ask him to do a reading on Lana and what's her reasoning in holding up NFR, but then again I doubt there's many Lana fans in his audience. Lana's also not as mainstream as the other artists he does readings on, but I'm a bit curious about what he'd come up with.

Was the fan trustworthy? Idk I can’t even believe Lana herself unless her label and her managers back up a definitive date. lol Cuz first it’s “the top of the year” and we’re already in June.
