Where do we think Daddy's Home fits into the Jack Antonoff discourse? I adore the album and I think, other than the parallel between At The Holiday Party and Solar Power, that Daddy's Home is one of his most uniquely produced albums in ages. It's a bit reassuring to me that he can still make very different-sounding stuff, but maybe it's partially because, as far as I know, Annie has always been a bit more involved with the production on her music. What do you guys think?

I actually hope there aren't any old songs on BB/RCS. Apart from maybe Dealer because so far the three singles haven't strayed tooo far from COCC style, I think that Yosemite and TNBAR are two incredible songs but sound a bit out of place on their respective records. I just think the production sounds too different from the rest

I don't really know how far the SOPHIE leaks community extends outside of this forum but she's not huuuuge so would it be possible? If the leakers got the message, then we might get a chance of some official release.

I don’t think long breaks affects her relevancy. Her next album will be a MOMENT. Similar to Frank Ocean methinks, I’d 100% prefer an album she took her time for over something rushed, it doesn’t make sense to me how one could prefer the other way around

Tkay Maidza’s new-ish song is on repeat and it just clicked for me what I thought the production sounds like - SOPHIE. The sharp bass hits, the rising and falling sirens, the bubble pop sound I don’t know if it’s a deliberate homage but I love Tkay and it feels like SOPHIE’s legacy is being heard.

The Hillsong folks will not be pleased I fear
