  1. i'm sure it's just 'took you back to detroit' (took yeah back to..) as it lines up with the next line anyways, 'back to the promised land'
  2. Quite a bit of people I know have liked her facebook page. But whenever I talk about Lana, not a lot of people have heard of her.
  3. I agree with it all except I don't think that she actually wants his love over material possessions etc. I think she's playing Lolita-esque Lana chasing money, power, parties and the American Dream the only way she can, through an established male.
  4. Wall Street Runaway Upper West Side Bitch Shotgun Tanning Salon Sepia Misery Grand Am Magnolia Tattered Erotica Velvet Nightmare Are the only ones that I got which were LDR-ish... (Palm Beach Pansexual whaaat}
  5. So is this confirmation for her and Dan having rough sex?
  6. In the audio commentary she says it's about her reminiscing her old times in Brooklyn living with her boyfriend. Maybe it's not sarcastic?
  7. The last: Lay me down tonight In my linen and pearls Lay me down tonight I'm you're favorite girl And also it doesn't sound like 'tell me something nice about your favorite girl' I can only hear 'tell me songs at night about your favorite girl'? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nwYEF3mpSB8
  8. He's the opposite of Barrie, which is probably what she needs rn. They should do a video for Paris! Take me to Veeenice Let's go there and never look back Venice, we can be crazy like that You're such a naughty boy, Why you taking Vogue's polaroid? Put on a show you'll enjoy
  9. You leave last, you're leavin'
  10. Oh man, I need a screenshot for this. Neeeeed it.
  11. Ahh nothing. When I saw that I thought it was the actual tracklisting order.
  12. I think the song's just like Bel Air "I'll run to you, I'll come to you"
  13. Maybe it's the black and white but he still looks like he's been hidden in a cellar for many years.
  14. I definitely hear "That's all that I want, man".
  15. I just think that the journalist wrote something that wasn't untrue *out of context*.
  16. After the first listen to the album, I was feeling a little underwhelmed and like I'd just listened to a very long song lmao. But after like 60 listens - 1. West Coast 2. Brooklyn baby 3. Florida Kilos 4. Money Power Glory 5. FMWUTTT 6. Cruel World 7. Black Beauty 8. Guns and Roses 9. Sad Girl 10. Is This Happiness 11. Ultraviolence 12. The Other Woman 13. Shades of Cool 14. Old Money 15. Pretty When You Cry 16. Flipside
  17. I LIVE for Lolita Lana. I fucking love it -majestic, magnetic. It's sort of like she just discovered overlays lol but it's so beautiful, how it's intertwined with regular scenes. Like when she sees Mark with his car, it's like a real movie. (I like it better than Tropico). Wow, it's like the Off to the races video I never got.
  18. I used to go to church all the time and whenever we sang hymns, they were always alleluia - they use that version in spiritual songs - and MPG IS a spiritual song lol. Alleluia is the version they usually use in music.
  19. I don't think Taylor Swift would call herself a 'super artist' and Lana her project. It just seems like that one video - and because it was directed by the same person...
  20. High up in the Hollywood hills (or Hills?) It's like they're high cause they're on top of a hill but they're also high on pills in the Hollywood Hills. How clever? lol
