ido i guess the way i see it is if we can endure years of silence with nothing and still be fine, a few months between songs isn’t too bad. trust me i’m fiending for the album just as bad, but at least we know something will be coming soon. maybe just stanning sky & now twigs ( and even marina at this point) has made me immune to waits

even though i know she's already been teasing, especially for a while, 2 years between album releases isn't really terrible. the wait sucks but imagine if she took 4+ years between album releases and din't say a damn word the entire time as excruciating as this may be, realize this wait could be so much worse especially since she has already put out three amazing songs

I really am torn about this album, because on release I considered this to be one of my favorite Lana albums and one of the best, but now I'd probably put it as my least favorite. It does have some really amazing stand out tracks, and there's only really like 3 I'm not crazy about, but as a whole project it's just an absolute mess. Summer Bummer is a fucking BANGER that should have been a standalone because it makes like no sense in the tracklist White Mustard, BPBP & GBA should never have existed, there I said it. Also Groupie Love is fantastic and even though it seems to be an unpopular opinion I love A$AP's verse. It might not be amazing or really add any oomph to the song, I don't feel like it hinders the track

Cannot fathom that this LEGENDARY album is already seven years old.. (and while we're on the topic, LDR is technically 11 years old now holy fuckballs) I missed the release of BTD by only a few months, I was 17 when this album came out. As time went on it came to be one of her 'weaker' (for lack of better term) albums for me, but trust me when I say I will never forget what an amazing experience this album is.
