I think that Lana might be really burned out...
It would explain most of the clownery she's doing recently. Weird new friends, hobbies, clothes etc...
Not serving a look or live vocals going along these lines too... Her lyrics are a tiny bit lacking as well, cause name checking an artist or poet just to make a point feels a little bit cheap, like an easy way out to make you realize what she wants to say. Sylvia Plath literally screams "I'm not as happy as I look" as well as Norman Rockwell, who painted happiness that he never lived in. These references are a little too on the nose.
Anyways... My point is, that her possible exhaustion might be the reason of this delay and lack of communication.
I think it's positive that she's taking it slowly with the album... But as of now, she really puts F in NFR

i think the only thing at this point that we are safe to assume is we are getting the shoot with steven by the end of next month since he said it was coming soon. which at this point is enough for me... this era is really gonna shape me into being such a grateful person for past and upcoming eras.

This makes sense, as we have 2 and a half months until her next announced endeavour. 
 
This seems realistic based on what she's said and it stays true to what she's known to do. It also is still very lowkey as she said she plans to do for this album. 

After all this bullshit, I want her to serve Beach House and release two albums within a few months.

Lana never once said that the album was coming out 3/29. NEVER. NOT ONCE. Her manager confirmed it wasn't and said be patient. And what is everyone's response on LB? 
 
"HOW DARE SHE NOT RELEASE IT ON THE DAY SHE NEVER CONFIRMED!!! I'M UNSTANNING!" Like grow the eff up. Most of you are nice on here, but there are some of you who must have absolutely no life that you're that desperate for the album. And stop talking like you'll ever unstan b/c you won't. None of us will.

I saw her a few days after LFL was released and she performed Cherry, and Love and IMF in acapella. Not so many new songs and only one of them with the band, but I still enjoyed it! Love in acapella was beautiful.

i mean mid june is when i predicted it to be too, but im going to see her in dublin so if she drops the album like a day of even a week before that will be the most exciting time of my life... oh my god, the excitement of having a fresh new record to obsess over and then thinking about how yoy'll be seeing her perform it live in less than a week... unreal

I think the album is probably coming in June since a lot of her festivals are in late June/July.

Lust for Life was released on July 21st and Lollapalooza Paris was on the 23rd with a lot of festivals in August.
The earliest announced date is June 22nd in Dublin so I believe the album is coming June 14th or more likely, June 21st.

Lana left such a mark on pop culture it's now easier for any new alternative acts like Billie for sure.. This is why even when BTD was trashed it's still considered as one of most iconic albums this decade. She literally showed critics that she was above them and they won't make the same mistake again. she's literally a jesus of alternative-pop music she almost died to make it easier for other alternative girls   

Lowkey wonder if they would have trashed Billie's album too if it was released seven years ago... Let me just admit that I haven't played it so I don't really have a say, except for the songs the radio station won't stop playing.
