Why is everyone moving?
 
So, she said she'll play new songs at the festival: big whoop.
 
Firstly, she lies a lot... as we all darn know...so she might be playing Video Games, Bartender, and The Grants, for all we know.
 
Secondly, what she thinks is "new" might just be Tough, Country Roads, and, again, The Grants. Maybe Breaking Up Slowly with Niki, too.
 
So, I'll believe it when I hear it.
 
Also, Miley's new song is such an instant hit, I'd hate to follow that with a low-key ballad like Henry. Hoping Henry offers some surprises, if she even plays that.

I will say that despite the somewhat threatening silence, we just assume ( understandably) that the original plan isn’t happening. Could well be happening (or at least something close to it), but the rollout is just going to be anti-climactic and non-chalant lol

There was no release date. It was a pre-teaser.
 
They'll wait another 7-14 days and post a snippet with the caption: "henry, come on, april 25th". Or whatever day she's at stage coach. It's to generate hype (single and stage coach piggy-backing off each other). 
 
It's all super boring and uneventful. We get an MV if we're lucky but I doubt it.

I agree with this assessment--maybe Lana herself now has low expectations for it and wants to give it a low-key release like BB received.

The longer she drags it out the more disappointed we will be, factually. No song can live up to a year and a half tease, if we get to that point.

i'd love it if the album was solid throughout.
 
she's hard 2+ years to make it, she has the Cadillac of producers at her disposal, she has 100 unreleased songs to draw from, and it's a 13-track record.

Wow. Not only are we in an absolute information desert with no clear sign anything will actually be coming anytime soon, the little bits of tea we do have are that the album is boring and bad. 
 
I think this is officially the worst prerelease at this point, no debate. 

I need to know what happened behind the scenes in the last two weeks that triggered the insiders to come out. Was the album officially finalized / submitted? 111 & honeymounz both trolled TRPWS was scrapped about a week before Lana posted the Henry photo. BoZ and the other ATRL insider said the album is boring (old news) / beautiful respectively. What is the situation.

Totally agree with the end point! But in terms of work, that’s not what he does. He achieves a lot of those effects in camera via special film, lenses and gels, et cetera. It’s technically very impressive.

what boggles my mind is the breathtaking beauty of Neil Krug’s work and yet how plain his album artwork with Lana is the past few projects. Lana’s in charge, obviously, but even still, how could you be so familiar with his work and not want to maximise his talent? You can keep it simple, by all means, but let’s have colour, composition, Hell—some life to the images!
