I was really bored so I decided to reunite songs that for me made some sense sonically, and then I tried imagine as an era of lana! And i'll be updating moodboards and new details of this ''era'' here. Hope you enjoy

So when I hear songs like,
''Thunder'' and ''Wild One'' the presence of the electric guitars always made me feel some depth like physically and metaphorically and the riffs of songs like ''I Don't Wanna Go'' reminds me of a scenery like a dark forest with fog. Bringing all those thoughts, I came with a concept of Lana's wild side, something really instinctive and mysterious. The love stories of the mixtape are very intense and for me fells like a hunt. So all these elements brings one forest alive, her own forest.

I'm so glad she is constantly releasing (compared to her 2014-2016 output)!!! Can't wait for her next songs. Both Garden and Hours have been cool. Let's see what she has on the vault for us.

omg definitely get into his Christmas stuff sis it has a few discography highlights underneath all the mess. Barcarola (You Must Be A Christmas Tree) is in my top 3 sufjan

yeah at the end of the day even tho I most likely won’t be listening to the new project I’m not mad or disappointed,  bc he has sooo many songs out there, a lot I’ve still not heard. I’m happy that he’s just doing what he wants

I liked Aporia last year, so I'm definitely intrigued by this and will give it a stream, even if I don't return to that album often and an instrumental project like this isn't exactly what I'd like as a fan.
 
I really loved The Ascension though and still play that all the time, so if this turns out to be something that's not for me it's no bother. I'm just happy he seems to be releasing regularly - there was a great collaboration with CARM recently called Song Of Trouble you all might like:

I'm honestly really surprised how inspired I've been by Chemtrails and the era as a whole. It's by far the era I've created the most pieces for and tbh I'm not really sure why. I love the album, but it's not my favorite of Lana's and while the photoshoots are nice, that's it; they're just nice. So I'm really unsure where all this inspiration is coming from but here's another COCC cover I made. When I saw the photo of Lana, Zella and Natalie, I just knew I wanted to take Lana from the image and try to make a Neil-esque cover with it and this is the result. Ultimately, I ended up going down a bit of a more dreamy route. I feel like it bridges the music video for COCC, with the aesthetic of the alternate Neil cover for the album in a nice way though. Hope you guys like it!!  
 

Did I make yet ANOTHER cover for COCC? Yes. Yes I did. I'll be offline for the next couple hours so I'm posting this real quick before I go, and I'll respond to any comments when I get back. I have a less "vintage" looking version too but I prefer this one. Hope you guys like it!!
