HFK does not have any concept, just like Badlands. She just thinks having a concept makes her album more interesting, yet she's unable to actually execute it. But since she seemingly doesn't listen to her own music, thinking she's not the most generic pop singer ever, that's no suprise

I have high hopes for 13 Beaches and When The World Was At War We Just Kept Dancing. 13 Beaches seems to have a similar topic as HBTB and I could imagine it having a trap-beat like Cherry and White Mustang while being a bit more uptempo and featuring a slightly cynical/annoyed/aggressive vibe (like the snippet of the Summer Bummer verse) The way she described WTWWAWWJKD made it seem like the most straightforward political track which actually critisizes Trump. The fact she said it's dark made it even more intriguing, her dark songs are her best.

I guess Summer Bummer will be single number 3 of this album (not counting Coachella, since it was initially released as a standalone/promo) and it will premier on July 11 either way presented by some website or on a radio show. The next day the album pre-order will go up and it will include a promo-single/preorder bonus-track (most likely and hopefully Cherry).

Happy we finally got the pre-order day, but it's pathetic how they held this information bsck for so long. Most artists just have this put up with the first or second single. Granted that Love got leaked and they changed things about the album but it's still sad how it took endlessly until we even got a date. Whatever, glad to be slayed by Cherry and Summer Bummer on the 12th

The insta snippet sounded like pretty much every rapper x pop singer track and pretty messy. But this new snippet is so intriguing and dark, it's wonderful! And it puts the insta snippet in a much more interesting context
