I love Mitski and I really like BTC but I would not call the album "lush". It's pretty complex and a rocky road to listen to - in a good way, but I don't think that kind of music would fit Lana

i'm going to get yelled at for this but taxi should have been left in 2016 where it belongs. it's cute and bratty which makes sense since it was written on the tailwind of sucker but generally speaking her music has moved past that.
 
that being said, the pink diamond production is a bore and a shitty knock off of her past work. don't @ me saying i don't have taste because i don't like edge, i make noise/industrial techno and love atonality.

The way This Love Isn't Crazy is such a bop! It could've been released as the Lead Single for the whole Dedicated era tbh. That one, Felt This Way, Stay Away, Heartbeat, Summer Love, Comeback and Solo are such highlights!

I re-listened to her discography from N1A to now again and it all grew on me... idk how she does it but whatever she does just grows on me and I end up loving it

i merged click + c2.0 so they're a 7min track and hearing it just shows how click is really a career highlight

This thread has turned into a hate Marina club wtf... But I do agree with this one. I just searched that Vestiare shop she recommended and most things there are very expensive. Not everyone can afford that style of life. She really needs to think about those tweets more and delete them.

Yes, the kind of '60s rock sound that "When I'm Looking at You" has is emblematic of The Powder Room material up to this point.
 
Strictly speaking, though, I would not be stressing over how to delineate what songs belong to each project. A lot of the stuff that just leaked was written to be pitched to other artists and sold, making it a moot point to say whether it's The Powder Room or Cruel Youth, since it's technically neither. I just label everything she does these days as Cruel Youth, since it makes sorting in my iTunes library much easier.

Did anybody who had the original files happen to have more info on the unregistered songs, as far as who the cowriters beyond Teddy were? Still need that info for all these songs:
