i dont think she's necessarily depressed i mean "at best i can say im not sad" lana's always made it clear since lust for life she hasn't achieved complete happiness (said yosemite was too happy for her to release) i think lana has reached a point in her life where is content with her career and she'd rather just life a normal life and she's trying to do that so hard by going to church, hanging with her new friends, getting into poetry, not glamming herself up n all that

i've loved gaga since i was young but something about her vocals on this album i've not been a fan of.. her vocals definitely aren't what they used to be (i think she damaged them sometime during joanne era) but she keeps screaming and doing these powerhouse esque vocals she does them in enigma too and its so annoying like unnecessary belts and ad libs arent going to make you a notable pop star

i dislike american (just the chorus cause it feels weak), was never a fan of best american record wasn't even phased it got scrapped from lfl and nfr would've been better without it, looking for america was boring, wycma is terrible too i agree, i can tolerate god bless america
