I agree with this, and I think this is a big part of it that might get missed by people who weren't music fans in the late 80s/early 90s. John Denver was hated back then by all the cool punk/alt people - when Hole were putting out their records, there were punk covers of Country Roads that were put out with the spirit of 'let's take the shittiest song in the world and make it a funny punk song'.

I feel like Jon is someone who would get along with anyone, especially anyone creative, and because he obviously likes Lana's artistry, they gel really well. The one that's always mentioned is 'Bird World' (see this link ), but I'm not sure how serious this was, or if there were others.

I like it a lot. Not as good as the original, but it's not like it's replacing it. I did laugh out loud at this comment on the video, though.

I think this is a mistake, caused by the fact these databases have no fact checking. To get an idea of what nonsense is on them, this is (I kid you not) the top of the list of 'Performers' listed under it (it's a screenshot because for some reason I couldn't copy and paste it, but you get the idea.)
