    I love the melody of the verses and ESPECIALLY the pre-chorus of Candy Necklace but I wish the chorus was different... still an incredible song and I hope we get to understand at some point what they meant when they teased about the lore and backstory

    I personally need more time with this album but objectively it is a triumph, she really did that. Current faves are Grandfather, A&W, Let The Light In, Peppers, Candy Necklace. Fishtail and Sweet are cute. Taco Truck Extended Version truthers rise up!!!! Also I don't mind the interludes, they're doing what they need to do, I see the vision there.

    It's still difficult for me to listen to God Knows I Tried even though I constantly have Honeymoon album on repeat. I've been skipping it or turning the volume down. Honeymoon was my soundtrack for my vacation/eventual move to Italy and it just reminds me of the absolute lowest point of my life and my toxic/abusive ex there, losing all hope, etc. The other songs eventually got new and happier memories tied to them but still stuck on this one. Interesting thread idea btw.
