So originally she was planning to release the Preacher's Daughter b-sides last summer that would tell about Ethel's high school years and her relationship with Willoughby (ethel's ex a house in nebraska is about), but she scrapped them and is currently reworking them so she'll release a different project before them
The upcoming project is unrelated to the Ethel Cain lore and the songs confirmed to be on it are Amber Waves and Punish, the only potential title we have for it is 'Perverts' and is hopefully coming soon
The b-sides, which are probably pushed to 2025 will supposedly include Dust Bowl and a 20 min version of Waco, Texas (we currently have a 6 min demo she shared)

I just want to share when I first discovered Nicole's music. It was late 2019 (I believe it was December). My brother and I were having a conversation and he mentioned the song 'Please Eat' and played it. At first I wasn't really into it but then after hearing it a few times I started to like it. I believe it was 2020 or 2021 when I listened to the rest of Nicole's discography.

By now we all know how obsessed I am with Lana’s poetry and I hate to beat a dead horse but at the Ivors Awardshow this evening she said:
 
“I really sense that spoken word is coming back, like kinda beat poet you know, comeback”
 
She said the same about country music and announced lasso so there’s a good chance that this book might actually come into fruition, or at least it’s still in the back of her head and hasn’t ended up in the graveyard of scrapped projects just yet.
