Ok so I have rewatched this show a few times and I have to say…it finally clicked for me. If you can get over the slightly cringe acting from The Weeknd, the show as a whole is extremely entertaining and interesting. I so desperately want another season where we can get to know Jocelyn more and understand who she is. Also the music from the show is incredible, Lily did such an amazing job, I am obsessed with all the songs she sang for the show and I’m dead serious when I say Lana needs to go in that direction some day because that production would work so well for her.

I 100% believe she was lying or exaggerating. Like we have so much documentation of 2005-2009 and never once did we see an image of her at the Chateau or anything like that. She said a lot of strange lies early in her career and I believe she was trying to distance herself from Lizzy and trying to seem more authentic. But idk lmao

For me, Preacher’s Daughter is such a perfect project. Every song is so gorgeous and the production is so rich. I love the storyline and everything about it. It is also paced really well so it is a very easy listen for someone who loves longer songs. Norman Fucking Rockwell is also very close but TNBAR really ruins the pacing for me, the production is so different so it sticks out like a sore thumb, I wish she would have just made a new version with Jack Norman isn’t even close to being my favorite LDR project but the level of perfection is just undeniable
