Besides, she wasn't really clear... what did she mean with that? Similar how? Thematically? Visually? I doubt it's sonically since she's not working with Emile this time but Mark Ronson instead (hopefully) and she said she was developing a new writing style so I don't really think they're that much alike. From the title I'm getting more positive vibes, yes. Perhaps that's what she meant.
 
EDIT. Oh I re-read the article and she IS clear for once It is sonically after all haha

I always end up liking a title if I like the record, and this record will kill. Paradise could also have been a lame title but it works great w/ the songs/movie.

Y'all are so delusional; Honeymoon is an amazing title.
Music To Watch Boys To is cute but just doesn't sound right for an album title.

I'm hoping for this as well. I want her to talk less about her love life and more about herself in general. She needs to write more songs like Ride, Carmen, or Radio in my opinion. Love songs are nice, but like you said, the same stories are boring sometimes.

I think it's evident from the title it's about a different guy.
 
If she were still with Barrie the album would be called Funeral.

I'm so excited for the lyrical change-ups that she promised. Fellini-esque surrealism.

i just PRAY ( :pray2: ) that we're getting new themes & topics in this album...i love you lana, but i'm sick and tired of hearing about the saaaaaaaame guys with the saaaaaaaaame stories. mix it up a bit pls

I'm confused as to what she'll be performing on this tour. 
Her classics take up half the show. Maybe half UV? A bit of Honeymoon?
We can dream...
 
I guess we know why it was not titled the Ultraviolence Tour after all.
I'm very excited--Honeymoon sounds beautiful and I've loved everything from BtD to UV so that's not a problem.

Oh, i'm sure a very low quality photo of a screen showing a word document with the tracklist will be making it's way online VERY soon. 

I wouldn't take the "similar to BTD" comment too seriously. She also said UV would sound like Blue Jeans and Dark Paradise, lol.
 
Mark Ronson really does no wrong and his jazz fusion (jazzy soft rock) productions are incredible...I would expect that.

I can't wait for the "create fake Honeymoon track list" and "create fake Honeymoon album cover" threads!

I want her to release Noir more than anything else!

Why would she drop BJ, one of her most famous/iconic songs?

I can't Wait to hear the new music ! I'm a bit anxious when she talks about "noir-ish" songs.. But on the other hand she hints at BTD-P so.. I should love it ! Oh heck, it's Lana, of course I'll love it !

I'm REALLY excited. But... I REALLY hope 'I Can Fly' (which is great for a soundtrack, but wouldn't compare to most of Lana's discography) is not any indication of the rest of the album. Oh well, like I've said before Lana has consistently managed to impress me against the odds so I have faith she'll do the same here. But seriously Lana if you don't go through with that Giorgo Moroder collab you were hinting at I might just unstan for real...
 
ANYWAY... I'm actually on the verge of tears at the thought of Lana covering that beauty of a song. That kind of hate-baiting humour is exactly what critics loved about UV so I'm glad she hasn't completely abandoned the lessons she learnt from this era (although it is weird how quickly she moved on from my fav ever album, I guess it was a smart move commercially because now she gets to release beautiful alternative records like UV then satisfy her label woth a good chart topping summer record soon after! Maybe she'll follow Kanye's footsteps and produce one traditional album, then one experimental album (808's HEARTBREAK) then another traditional (MBDTF) then another experimental (YEEZUS) etc.)
 
Sorry for this long ass post, you can expect a lot of them from now on (as well as the arrival of several newbie's and people that left when UV came out who will now return because our girl is revisiting BTD-ish territorry.)
 
Speaking of which... Mariah stan this must be your dream come true! Maybe a bit less of the whinning this era. That sound reasonable?

I also don't think this speaks strongly about her feeling towards Ultraviolence, I think she's prolific as ever but this time she actually wants to release the music she makes instead of hiding it from the world until someone hacks her macbook.

Although not confirmed, I think we'll be seeing 'Honeymoon' in Q1 of 2016 with the first single/sample coming sometime in Q4 of this year.
We'd be fortunate to have a single by August.
