Honestly I would've loved Angels Forever, Forever Angels in the production style of American Teenager for an Ultraviolence Double Album. Also personally all deluxe songs (+ Flipside and Is This Happiness) would've been on the Double album (Tropico?, Trans-Am?) side.
Edit: actually maybe not Florida Kilos tho, since it was made for a movie in mind but idk

Shared my body and my mind with you
That's all over now
Did what I had to do
Cause you're so far past me now
Shared my body and my life with you
That's way over now
There's not more I can do
You're so famous now
vs
You poured us mint juleps
And kissed me the lips
You held me tight in the TV light
And you said you never loved her
You have a dark heart, like mine
Things that you've seen in dark time
Let me love you, let me touch you
Let me show you you'll be fine

See i still wouldn't include the barrie tracks
We know that they recorded a ton of songs that we don't even know about in their sessions, but those sessions were probably for their collab album rather then Ultraviolence itself
I would add Living legend that one seems like the only barrie track besides brooklyn baby that wouldve actually been considered, Angels Forever and Hollywood since she has expressed wanting to release that song

This makes me wonder if the original first half would've been titled "Tropico" instead of being its own album. So maybe we would consider the untouchable 5 as some of those as well. JFK, Angels Forever, Hollywood, Starry Eyed, and of course Black Beauty ended up on the album. Also, Living Legend was from UV era - that was in the liner notes and we didn't know about it for a while until it finally leaked.
Also, there was a version of If You Lie Down With Me from UV era, wasn't there? We should consider Barrie tracks alongside those, especially if we consider demos like Elvis (which I don't 100% know that it was seriously considered, but it was on her paper) and I Talk To Jesus and earlier songs that were mastered right when the album would've needed to be sent to record presses (specifically Driving In Cars wouldn't make sense to be considered, since it was finished in late Feb 2014 and the album was released 4 months later, they would've had to have the record ready for vinyl pressings 3 months prior to release/June and it is doable but would've been cutting it close)
Edit: Can't forget Life is Beautiful was originally not for the movie and could've been considered a Paradise or a Tropico/Trans Am song or whatever we're calling UV 2
Adding onto your list:
36. Nectar of the Gods
37. Living Legend
38. Life Is Still Beautiful ?? (possibly not, but maybe meant for Paradise, someone correct me)
39. If You Lie Down With Me
40. I Got You Babe
41. Angels Forever
42. JFK
43. Starry Eyed
44. Hollywood

Trans Am Ultraviolence Double Album
1.Mike (Wild One)
2.Trans Am
3.Earthquakes
4.Pink Champagne
5.The Other Side
6.Fine China
7.Say Yes To Heaven
8.Dragonslayer
9.I Talk to Jesus
10.Black Beauty
11.Lake Placid
12.Guns and Roses (Auerbach Demo)
13.Your Girl
14.Florida Kilos
15.Hollywood
16.Driving In Cars With Boys
Conceptually since the double album happened uv deluxe never happened so that's why the deluxe tracks are here. Is this happiness and Flipside would remain as their respective exclusives for ultraviolence
