160x190, 400kb. But for the specifics: OBV The part around :33-34 where she catches the knife in her mouth and then the red smoke puffs up. Perhaps slowed down. It's a fast scene so the exact seconds are tough but you know what I mean. Just that one part.

And now a bitch wants to interact with Sky Ferreira on Twitter and get me really hyped. Just think of some of Sky's early songs, though. "C'est La Mort", "Lolita", "Femme Fatale"--are these not bratty French pop in the vein of the mixtape Charli posted? stg Charli convince her to channel it and feature her ass!

Lana Del Rey Officially Announces TROPICO, "Coming to a City Near You"
Sitar replied to Sitar's topic in New Releases
I nodded along through the whole read so I guess I'm melodramatic/over the edge -
Oh I remember liking The Cigarette Duet and thinking I ought to check out her other stuff and never doing so. Lemme listen.

6 tracks would make me very pleased with the EP, especially considering the extra two are tracks I was worried we'd never get ("I'm Not Alright" and "On Top"). Those INA lyrics were so good and so Sky, I can't wait. With no strange inclusions like "Red Lips", this could be her best EP yet

Yet you know you download them all As if you don't fiend for some alt versions

WE'RE MAKING A MESS HERE TOGETHER

Settle tf down, it's a hot topic and no one's fighting + Drive is registered, how much more concrete can you get (beyond having it)

It's SO good and I will not be convinced otherwise. Jesus fuck, the triumphant purple ending where she's carrying a giant leg bouquet as a symbol of victory I love the inspirations there, with the magic show and the old corny horror. And TFM throwback This feels like the real beginning of ARTPOP. It's concrete. The imagery is there. I can't believe we're a week from the VMAs and two weeks from Swinefest, though...FUCK SHE'S BACK

LOVELANALIKELIFE-ANALYSIS: Relating Songs to Known/Assumed Lana Songs
Sitar replied to FROGGO's topic in Lana Thoughts
I've tried to no avail -
Always wanted to make this thread but didn't want to be the one who was called greedy However, I think about this a lot. If I had a Lana genie who would grant me anything, obviously I'd choose "Rock Me Stable" and its various counterparts on the US copyright office. However, if we're being realistic (which requires eliminating that, "Roses", and god knows what else--final HD and DY?), I've already gotten so many great titles that I'm still reeling from this year--Daytona Meth, Your Band is All the Rage, Maha Maha. To narrow it down to five that actually could happen and won't leave me thirsting for eternity: - C U L8r Alligator - Big Bad Wolf (Demo) - All Smiles - Dance Money - W

I thought she'd use what was supposed to be the album cover instead of shooting something new, since she also switched the album name. Uh-oh

I know, I thought that volume 5 for acoustic and a cappella would make life much easier but all it did was shorten one volume significantly. It's difficult because you organize based on theme and I organize based on mood, and there really don't seem to be more than these five moods in her unreleased discography...There are small flukes, like hip-hop. But all I could even put in a hip-hop playlist would be Ridin', Summer of Sam, Beautiful Player, Spender, maybe Delicious or Live or Die...And I did once try an "aggressive" playlist but that's limited to Kinda Outta Luck, St. Tropez, Velvet Crowbar, TOSTB, TLOTS, Scarface...These are just too short. I like Teenage Wasteland a lot, I'll give these playlists a listen.

Even more new stuff! I am very unfamiliar with Korean music, though, oughta check this guy out to see if it'll be good... I wonder when we'll get the EP cover, though.

Oh it was about time for this thread. I loooooooooooooove him (and similarly want to either marry or be him). I got into him because I was interested in his use of the ukulele. Lycanthropy is my absolute favorite and Wind in the Wires is also flawless. Both just strike me as Halloween albums which can only be a good thing in my opinion Thinking of that, The Bachelor is pretty wintry and The Magic Position fits perfectly with spring. No doubt Lupercalia is the summer album here with "The City". If I were to list my top 5 favorites songs... - The Childcatcher - To the Lighthouse - Land's End - The Libertine - The Future But a huge shoutout to Peter Pan, Damaris, Ghost Song, and his cover of Kate Bush's Army Dreamers.

FUCK the bump of this thread made me think there was album news. Their self-titled was even more played than The Fame for me in freshman year and that's right when I got into Lady Gaga. A big deal
