It's honestly funny how she's been doing big numbers on streaming, BTD being damn near immortal on the charts, selling so much vinyl and having sold out shows ala hunger games when trying to get tickets, yet she's not really in the spotlight public wise? like lowkey but not really. I already said this before but, when she announced her concert at Foro Sol, many were skeptical about her doing a solo stadium show and a lot of people were hoping to get ''discounted tickets''. That show sold out within minutes with a queue of 40k people waiting and even physical fights between fans and resellers for reference, Arctic Monkeys is huge in Mexico and they're playing at Foro Sol too in October, but they still have tickets available (and they're not crazy expensive either).

Right now I'm obsessed with Paradis, who are not like super niche (they have millions of views on their videos) but they haven't released anything since 2017 and only have their debut album + a couple of EPs and collabs. They're on a hiatus but I really doubt that a second record is possible so, I pretty much have been digging for other stuff I haven't listened of them yet in order to have my iTunes library with everything lol. + I've been listening to other smaller french singers like Emma Hoet, Alice et Moi and Yoa.

I can't really process the fact that she's no longer here I remember when I was a teen, trying to find my own style and I came across Jeanne Damas blog and started following her on insta. I found out she's heavily inspired by Jane's style and I became so enamoured with it. She influenced me so much stylewise, the ''effortless parisian chic'' is deeply buried in my psyche and even to this day is a big part of how I molded my personal style and how I discovered a world of films and fashion.
